   Got this book because my daughter has a gluten intolerance. Have browsed through the recipes and they all look quite good. They are organized into categories of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts.

   A brief little cookbook with gluten free veggie fare - I look forward to trying out the homemade veggie stock. Some of the "recipes" were "Roasted Vegetables" - like, duh!
