Fabulous suspense eshort! Action-packed with high, personal stakes. Loved it.

A pleasant short mystery. Even though I wasn't aware it was from a series when I checked it out of the library, I didn't find the characters confusing (though there was obvious history), and I enjoyed the fast-paced murder mystery. This review has been hidden because it contains spoilers. To view it, click here. its quite short but just as trilling. i would of liked to know the back story of what the flash drive held. i do think its a little cliché that Sam was there at the right moment to see the special agent in the bathroom, and that they boarded the ship in which the bad guys were. but ig that's what makes a detective story. Poor them, even on a cruise they can never catch a break. its quite short but just as trilling. i would of liked to know the back story of what the flash drive held. i do think its a little cliché that Sam was there at the right moment to see the special agent in the bathroom, and that they boarded the ship in which the bad guys were. but ig that's what makes a detective story. Really enjoyed this short "Women of Justice" ebook! It was great getting to see a little bit more of Samantha and Connor's life. For a short book, the suspense was good. A few things seemed unrealistic to me. I wish Gone in a Flash would have been a bit longer, but overall it was a good read and I enjoyed it a lot. :) *I received this Kindle book as a gift from a blogging friend. This was a very short E-book. I had a little trouble trying to remember how all the characters fit together. I wish it would have been longer but it was nice to see these characters again.

Full of action for such a short read. Ended way too soon.

This was a really quick read for me and honestly, I enjoyed it. I feel like it kept a steady, but quick pace and it was a page turner for me. It was an interesting take on a cruise ship crime and I liked the adrenaline pumping "What will happen next" feel to it. Furthermore, I read the Women of Justice series before this so I was already attached to these characters and felt for them throughout this short story. I mean, they were just trying to have a peaceful family vacation! Also, just wanted This was a really quick read for me and honestly, I enjoyed it. This is a short little novella that takes place after the events of all three Women of Justice books, and features Samantha and Connor from book one. I had forgotten how much I liked this series, and it was so nice to be back with these characters again. For such a short story, this really packed a huge punch. The sense of urgency was there from the very beginning, and this was just non-stop action. I highly enjoyed this!

Suspenseful, quick read I may never go on a cruise again! Murder, a missing body, and drug thugs on a luxury cruise ship do not make for a relaxing vacation. Cooperation among the ship's security staff, A vacationing detective, his semi-retired FBI agent, and the FBI itself leads to solving the crime. This has enough action to keep the pages turning. 😁 Suspenseful, quick read I may never go on a cruise again! Nice short Quick fast reading short to end the series. I enjoyed it but would have loved to have more of the characters from the other books in here. I want to know what Jamie had and if Kit had a baby too!

Connor and Samantha Wolfe are finally taking their family on a much-deserved getaway aboard a luxurious cruise ship. Unfortunately, crime doesn't take a vacation. Both are trained officers, who know what to do when their young son is kidnapped. A novelette. I'm sorry I stopped reading this one at chapter 3 because this story didn't hold my interest. I'm sorry I stopped reading this one at chapter 3 because this story didn't hold my interest.

Even short, it’s still great! Lynette Eason Just has a way with words! Even in the short novella, she provided plenty of storyline and excitement!

Awesome book. I hope there more. Thank you!

When Sam, Connor, and the kids go on a cruise vacation, crime is rampant.

Quick read I love Lynette Eason. Clean, intriguing stories. Her characters are interesting and easy to follow. She portrays women as strong role models.

I loved the whole series and I enjoyed this book, but I would have liked if it was a bit longer.

Short and ok

Larry and I listened to it while driving - it was fast paced. Every moment one crisis was fixed another popped up. It was a short story but very intense and entertaining.

Great short This was a great short. Enjoyed Connor & Samantha again., A get-a-way isn’t always as relaxing as planned. God does use us where we’re at.

A surprise find for the end of the series!

Good and fast paved A quick read in two hours. Plot is a little predictable, and the 3 year old sounds a bit mature, but other than it's worth the time. Good and fast paved A quick read in two hours. I got because it is set on a luxury cruise ship, actually a loft suite on a Royal Caribbean of Celebrity if 5000 passengers. I hadn’t read the other stories but I caught up quick.

Suspense Novella For just a quick read, this book included suspense and resolution. I don’t usually like novellas but this kept me reading!

This novella was a surprise addition to the Women of Justice series. Basically, it is a vacation story for the couple from the first book in the series, Connor and Samantha. While it was nice to see what was going on with the couple a few years after the events of A Killer Among Us, I also felt that things weren't fully explained, which meant that there wasn't much actual mystery. There were some things I really liked about this story and one thing I didn't. Sometimes when I read a book, I wish the author would just cut to the chase. I find myself skimming through to the "good parts." This was all good parts. From the opening scene to the ending I found it packed tight with action. Intense in a very good way. It was like the tastiest snack. The perfect bite that keeps you looking forward to dinner--the author's next full course offering. What I didn't like? This was a very short story just 35 pages on my e-reader, featuring Samantha and Connor from previous books. Had I known it was that short I would have read it a long time ago. Curiosity got the best of me & just knowing this short story was even available meant that I had to read it since I enjoyed the series so much. I know it's a short story, but it is VERY short-kinda disappointed that it was $2.99 on nook then turned out to be only like 50 pages. However that being said it was an interesting read. Would've made for a great thriller including port stops & maybe a chase.
