I finished Wool yesterday and have been itching to consume everything written in that world. None of these poems are earth shatteringly good, but they seem to be the type of poems a real person would write, someone living in the silo going about their day to day life, using poetry as a way to get out things they can't say otherwise. If you like Wool and ache for more connections to people living in the silos, this is one more real-feeling connection. The prologue sets the premise for this collection of poems which takes the reader into the unraveling of one woman's hopes and dreams for starting a family in the confines of a silo. A brief but nicely woven tale in poetic, episodic form. Recommended for Wool fans who want a behind the scenes glimpse at one person's emotional response to such a stifling existence.
