    I loved the reciepes, I am a major fan of hot sauce and jerk sauces, this was an eye opener and it let me create my own bases for cooking

    I came to recognize Hatch Chili during my travel to New Mexico a couple of years ago. Not only that, I don't remember roasting chilis before I went to NM. Some salsas are amzingly delicious from the book tho I haven't had the chance to make any hot sauces. I hae read the recipes and I'm sure they'll be delicious.     Three and half stars. A really fascinating read, one I looked enough to buy a copy of for someone else. There are quite a few recipes I'm excited to try out, the cabbage Verde slaw should be good with potato tacos! Three and half stars.
