    If you like hearty winter and fall dishes this is for you. Not your typical vegan mac n cheeze etc recipes which is good. Was missing some light summery dishes.

    Despite the less than exiting name, this is an excellent cook book for vegans, vegetarians or anyone trying to cut back on eating meat. I was given this book by my aunt who had gone to a chapters and asked for recommendations from staff - When I flipped through it quickly, I'll admit that I didn't see a lot of things that I thought were especially creative or exciting.
