    Recioes have nuts and coconut! Doesn't have (lean red meat), which is super easy to digest, but then has coconut or nut derivatives in nearly every recipe! Almond flour is just about the worst thing for anyone with digestive issues! People requiring a low residue/fibre diet and/or have Chrons or Ulcerative colitis should not be eating nuts and coconut!!
