    Easy to follow Keto Diet cookbook using the Instant Pot pressure cooker. The recipes use readily available ingredients and instructions are clear with a color picture for each recipe. Each recipe has nutritional information shown with high fat and low fat versions. Also included was information to calculate macros. There are 14 day meal plans included broken down by calories and fat percentage. This book took away all the intimidation of starting the Keto way of eating.

    Great keto instant pot cookbook! This is a well thought out cookbook as well as a diet plan. Everything is planned out for you with all the nutrition information included. The ingredients are easily attainable, not things you will have to go out of your way to find. I highly recommend this cookbook!
