If you're looking for some basic and quick meals for your pressure cooker, this is not the book for you. While there are some simple recipes most of these are a bit more complex when reading through this. A major turn off for me was there were absolutely no pictures in it. These recipes are very diverse and multicultural (which is why I gave it 3 stars) but a lot of these dishes I had never heard of and it would have been nice to see what they were without googling it.
