Knew this one was a keeper immediately, and each new chapter only was a proven fact!
Most definitely another five star masterpiece by Mr. Wheeler, as Cooper, and his associates were unsurpassed in their commanding assignments immediately and the excitement only intensifies with each new adventure! Definitely no punches in this compelling rendition of realistic old American western folklore extravaganzas, and enough suspenseful episodes to maintain anyone's undivided attention from beginning to en Knew this one was a keeper immediately, and each new chapter only was a proven fact!

After their father deserts them for a sheriff’s job in California, it’s just Cooper and his sister. No wonder he’s heartbroken some years later, to come across her and her husband’s remains amid the debris of an overturned carriage. It’s been made to look like an Indian assualt, but Deputy Cooper has his doubts and is determined to get to the bottom of his sister’s murder.

This is a fast-paced, sometimes gory, read that’s highly entertaining!

Frank writes a great story
Unless you're like me you'll probably not find problem one with this book or series.
I'm a stickler for grammar and for using unusual words, or all words, correctly.
Our Frank misses fairly often on those points.
I do love the way he ties up loose ends. Frank writes a great story

Donna Gummere–
Not Bad
I did not care much for first part of book. Setting it up took along time. But it got much better and enjoyed it overall.

LUAYNE–
Ok
This story contains the theme of greed, lust for power, distrust, and those who suffer because of it. Family dysfunction is also exposed.

Ronald Gammon–
worst writing
It maybe rates middle school level. Each paragraph is a story. Not well developed. So simple it might be entertaining just to make you appreciate better writing.
